HER
MAJESTY, in
exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Merchant Shipping
Act 1995, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order,
and it is hereby ordered, as follows –
1 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Merchant
Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Relevant British Possessions) (Amendment)
Order 2013 and comes into force on 12th June 2013.
2 Amendment of 2003 Order
(1) The Merchant Shipping
(Categorisation of Registries of Relevant British Possessions) Order 2003[1] is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (2)(a)(ii)
of Article 6, substitute –
“(ii) a ship of no more than
400 tons, or”.
