THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 46 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, orders as follows –

A way listed in column 1 of the table in the Schedule –
(a) shall be a cycle track;
(b) shall be used by pedal cycles only or, if described in column 3 of the table as “shared”, shall be used by pedal cycles and pedestrians; and
(c) shall be used in the direction indicated in column 4 of the table.

This Order may be cited as the Cycle Tracks (Jersey) Order 2000.
