Separation and Maintenance Orders (Maintenance Payments) (Jersey) Regulations 1972

For the purposes of an Order made by the Court under Article 2 of the Separation and Maintenance Orders (Jersey) Law 1953, the maximum amount payable to, or on behalf of, a party to a marriage or civil partnership in respect of his or her maintenance shall be £200 a week.

For the purposes of an Order made by the Court under Article 2, 5 or 7 of the Separation and Maintenance Orders (Jersey) Law 1953, the maximum amount payable to, or on behalf of, a party to a marriage or civil partnership in respect of the maintenance of any child of the marriage or civil partnership of whom he or she is given the legal custody shall be £100 a week.

These Regulations may be cited as the Separation and Maintenance Orders (Maintenance Payments) (Jersey) Regulations 1972.
