1        Appointment of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel

The body in the United Kingdom known as the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers referred to in the Companies Act 2006 (c.46) of the United Kingdom is appointed to have the functions set out in Articles 3 to 20 of the Companies (Takeovers and Mergers Panel) (Jersey) Law 2009.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the Companies (Appointment of Takeovers and Mergers Panel) (Jersey) Order 2009.
