THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS makes this Order under Articles 113U and 219 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 after consulting the Jersey Financial Services Commission and being satisfied, on the advice of the Commission, of the matters required by Article 113U of the Law –

1 Interpretation
In this Order –
“Law” means the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991;
“relevant regulated market” has the meaning given in Article 113R of the Law.
2 Prescribed regulators
Each of the following is prescribed as the regulator of a relevant regulated market for the purposes of Part 16A (accounts and audits – equivalently regulated companies) of the Law –
(a) the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;
(b) the Financial Services Agency of Japan;
(c) the Ontario Securities Commission;
(d) the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
3 Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Prescribed Regulators) (Jersey) Order 2026.
(2) It comes into force on 1 June 2026.
