THE EMERGENCIES COUNCIL, by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by Article 4 of the Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990, have made the following Act –

The Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture[1] is designated as the competent authority in relation to food for the purposes of Article 8 of the Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990.[2]

This Act may be cited as the Emergency Powers and Planning (Competent Authority) (Food) (Jersey) Act 1991.
