THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 9 of the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 19951, have made the following Act –

1.             The Administrative Decisions (Review) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 19952 shall come into force on the first day of January 1997.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 1995 (Appointed Day) Act 1996.
