THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Explosives (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 1997,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Explosives (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 1997 shall come into force on the first day of December 1997.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Explosives (Jersey) Law 1997 (Appointed Day) Act 1997.
