THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 3 of the Harbours (Administration) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 1998,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Harbours (Administration) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 1998 shall come into force on the first day of January 1999.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Harbours (Administration) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 1998 (Appointed Day) Act 1998.
