THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Investment Business (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 1999,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Investment Business (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 1999 shall come into force on the first day of November 1999.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Investment Business (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 1999 (Appointed Day) Act 1999.
