THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Article 48 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law, 1961,1 have made the following Act:  -

1.             The Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law, 1961,2 shall come into force on the fifteenth day of June, 1964.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law, 1961 (Commencement) Act, 1964.
