LICENSING (JERSEY) LAW, 1974 (COMMENCEMENT) ACT, 1974.

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph (2) of Article 95 of the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974,1 have made the following Act:  -

1.             The Licensing (Jersey) Law, 19742 shall come into force on the twenty-fifth day of December, 1974:

Provided that the provisions of that Law, insofar as they relate to applications for, and the grant of, licences to take effect on the twenty-fifth day of December, 1974 shall come into force forthwith.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974 (Commencement) Act, 1974.
