AERODROMES (AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) REGULATIONS, 1980.

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Aerodromes (Administration) (Jersey) Law, 1952,1 as amended, have made the following Regulations –

1.      Regulation 1 of the Aerodromes (Jersey) Regulations, 1965,2 as amended, (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”) shall be amended in paragraph (3) by deleting the word “fifty” and substituting the words “one hundred”.

2.      Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations shall be amended by deleting the word ”fifty” and substituting the words “one hundred”.

3.      Regulation 12 of the principal Regulations shall be amended –

(a)    by deleting the words “, in the case of a first offence,”;

(b)    by deleting the words “ten pounds,” and substituting the words “one hundred pounds.”; and

(c)    by deleting the words “and in the case of a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding fifty pounds, and, in either case, where the offence is a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding two pounds for each day during which the offence continues after conviction therefor.”.

4.      These Regulations may be cited as the Aerodromes (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Regulations, 1980 and shall come into force on the second Monday next following the day on which they are promulgated.
