ROAD TRAFFIC (SAINT OUEN) (AMENDMENT No. 4) (JERSEY) ORDER, 1983.

THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33 and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law, 1956, as amended,1 and after consultation with the Connétable of Saint Ouen, hereby orders as follows:  -

1.             In the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Saint Ouen) (Jersey) Order, 1979,2 as amended,3 for the entry in the second column opposite the item “Le Mont de la Grève de Lecq” there shall be substituted the following –

“Both sides (between the boundary with the parish of Saint Mary and the junction with Le Mont des Routeurs)”.

2.             This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Saint Ouen) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order, 1983 and shall come into force on the tenth day of May, 1983.
