TOURISM (GENERAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) ORDER 1991

THE TOURISM COMMITTEE, in pursuance of the Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948, as amended,1 hereby orders as follows –

1.             In Article 7 of the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 19902 –

(a)     for the words “more than twenty-four” there shall be substituted the words “at least sixteen”;

(b)     after the word “may” there shall be inserted the words “, not later than twelve months after the appointed day,”.

2.             This Order may be cited as the Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 1991 and shall come into force forthwith.
