ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS (REVIEW) (PANEL OF MEMBERS) (JERSEY) ACT 1992

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 5 of the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 19821 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”) has adopted the following Act –

1.             The list of Committees set out in the Schedule to the principal Law shall be amended –

(a)     by removing the names “Constitution and Common Market”, “Fort Regent Development”, “Policy Advisory”, “Public Works” and “Resources Recovery Board”; and

(b)     by adding at the appropriate places in alphabetical order the names “Occupation and Liberation”, “Policy and Resources”, “Public Services” and “Sport, Leisure and Recreation”.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Panel of Members) (Jersey) Act 1992 and shall come into force forthwith on promulgation.
