ROAD TRAFFIC (SAINT OUEN) (AMENDMENT No. 9) (JERSEY) ORDER 1992

THE DEFENCE COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33 and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,1 and after consultation with the Connétable of Saint Ouen, hereby orders as follows –

1.             In the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Saint Ouen) (Jersey) Order 1979,2 as amended,3 after the item “La Rue de la Fosse” in the first column there shall be inserted the item “La Rue de la Fosse au Bois” and opposite thereto in the second column there shall be inserted the entry “The entire road.”.

2.             This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Saint Ouen) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 1992 and shall come into force on the fifth day of June 1992.
