ROAD TRAFFIC (SAINT CLEMENT) (AMENDMENT No. 8) (JERSEY) ORDER 1992

THE DEFENCE COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33 and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,1 and after consultation with the Connétable of Saint Clement, hereby orders as follows –

1.             In the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Saint Clement) (Jersey) Order 1987,2 as amended,3 after the entries in the second column opposite the item “La Grande Route de la Côte” in the first column there shall be inserted the following entries –

“North side, between its junction with Le Vieux Chemin and a point 140 yards westerly from Le Bourg slipway.

South side, between the eastern boundary of the property known as “Le Becquet Carre” and a point 140 yards westerly from Le Bourg slipway.”.

2.             This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Saint Clement) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 1992 and shall come into force on the tenth day of August 1992.
