THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 23 of the Criminal Justice (Young Offenders) (Jersey) Law 1994,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Criminal Justice (Young Offenders) (Jersey) Law 1994 shall come into force on the first day of June 1994.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Young Offenders) (Jersey) Law 1994 (Appointed Day) Act 1994.
