THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 22 of the Nursing and Residential Homes (Jersey) Law 1994,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Nursing and Residential Homes (Jersey) Law 1994 shall come into force on the first day of April 1995.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Nursing and Residential Homes (Jersey) Law 1994 (Appointed Day) Act 1995.
