TOURISM (GENERAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) ORDER 1995

THE TOURISM COMMITTEE, in pursuance of
the Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948, as amended, hereby
orders as follows –
1. For
the First Schedule to the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1990, as amended, there
shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
2. The
Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 19933 is revoked.
3. This
Order may be cited as the Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 3)
(Jersey) Order 1995 and shall come into force on the first day of December
1995.
