THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Health Insurance (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Law 1996,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Health Insurance (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Law 1996 shall come into force on the first day of June 1996.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Health Insurance (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Law 1996 (Appointed Day) Act 1996.
