THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Articles 3 and 4 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 –

1        Schedule 1 (UK sanctions instruments implemented) to Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021 amended

In the table in Schedule 1 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021, for the entry in column 5 of the row labelled “Russia” there is substituted “regulations 16(1), 16(3), 16(4A), 16(4C), 16(4E), 17(1), 17(2), 17A(1), 17A(2), 18(1), 24(1), 25(1), 26(1), 27(1), 28(1), 28(2), 28(3), 29(1), 30(1), 33(1), 34(1), 35(1), 36(1), 37(1), 37(2), 37(3), 37(4), 38(1), 41(1), 42(1), 43(1), 44(1), 44(2), 44(3), 45(1), 46(1), 49(1), 50(1), 51(1), 52(1), 52(2), 52(3), 53(1), 54(1), 57(3), 57A(1), 57A(2), 57B(4), 57C(3)”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Amendment – Russia) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
