Veterinary Surgeons (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2016

1        Prescribed fee

The fee that must accompany an application under paragraph 3(3) of the Schedule to the Veterinary Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999[2] for approval by the Veterinary Officer of a person to carry out an activity described in paragraph 1 or 2(1) of that Schedule shall be £46.00.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2016 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
