Health Care (Registration) (No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2005

Coming into force                                                            1st July 2005

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 17 of the Health Care Registration (Jersey) Law 1995,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Schedule amended

In the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995, in the Schedule,[2] after the entry “Radiographer” there shall be inserted the entry “Specialist community public health nurse”.

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     These Regulations may be cited as the Health Care (Registration) (No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2005.

(2)     These Regulations shall come into force on 1st July 2005.
