THE
CHIEF MINISTER makes this Order under Article 2(5) of the Control of Housing and Work
(Jersey) Law 2012[1] –
1 Interpretation
In this Order, “principal Order”
means the Control of Housing and Work (Guidance on Temporary Absence and
Significant Ownership) (Jersey) Order 2013[2].
2 Article
1 amended
In Article 1 of the principal Order, for the
definition “R.42/2018” there is substituted –
“
“R.60/2019” means the report presented to the States by the Chief Minister on
21st May 2019 entitled “Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012:
Residential and Employment Status Policy Guidance – May 2019”.”.
3 Article
2 amended
In Article 2(2) of the principal Order, for “R.42/2018
shall come into effect on the same day on which the Control of Housing and Work
(Guidance on Temporary Absence and Significant Ownership) (Amendment)
(No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2018 comes into force” there is substituted
“R.60/2019 shall come into effect on the same day on which the Control of
Housing and Work (Guidance on Temporary Absence and Significant Ownership)
(Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2019[3] comes into force”.
4 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Control of Housing and Work
(Guidance on Temporary Absence and Significant Ownership) (Amendment
No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2019 and shall come into force on the day after it
is made.
