Conservation of Wildlife (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2009

Coming into force                                                            1st July 2009

THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 23(1) of the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000[1], orders as follows –

1        Schedule 1 to Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000 amended

In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000[2] the entry in respect of the Starling is deleted.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Conservation of Wildlife (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2009 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
