
Covid-19 (Restricted Trading) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2020

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, after consulting the Minister
for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture, makes this Order under
Regulation 3 of the Covid-19 (Restricted Trading) (Jersey)
Regulations 2020[1] –
1 Covid-19 (Restricted Trading) (Jersey) Order 2020 amended
The Covid-19 (Restricted
Trading) (Jersey) Order 2020[2] is amended in accordance
with this Order.
2 Article 1
(interpretation) amended
In Article 1, in the definition “retail premises” after “food and
drink premises” there is inserted “or business premises that are directed to be
closed under Article 3”.
3 Article 3 (closure of certain premises)
amended
In Article 3(1), sub-paragraph (k) is deleted.
4 Article 4 (specified premises open to
the public for a certain purpose) amended
In Article 4 –
(a) in paragraph (1) –
(i) for sub-paragraphs (f)
and (g) there is substituted –
(ii) in sub-paragraph (i), “(excluding retail premises forming part of the
facility)” is deleted,
(iii) in paragraph (j), “(other than retail premises)” is deleted,
(iv) sub-paragraph (k) is
deleted;
(b) in paragraph (2),
the definition “permitted shop” is deleted.
5 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Covid-19
(Restricted Trading) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes into
force on 18th May 2020.
