THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND
FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Article 173 of the Bank (Recovery
and Resolution) (Jersey) Law 2017, after consulting the Jersey
Resolution Authority and the Jersey Financial Services Commission –

(Recovery and Resolution) (Jersey) Law 2017 amended
In the Bank (Recovery
and Resolution) (Jersey) Law 2017 –
(a) in Article 1, in the
definition “Minister”, for “External Relations” there is substituted “External
Relations and Financial Services”;
(b) in paragraph 3(a) of
Schedule 1, “including a representative of the Minister or the
representative of the Minister for Treasury and Resources” is deleted.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Bank (Recovery and Resolution)
(Amendment – References to Ministers) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force
7 days after it is made.
