TOURISM (GENERAL PROVISIONS)
(AMENDMENT No. 9) (JERSEY) ORDER 2002

THE TOURISM COMMITTEE, in pursuance of the Tourism (Jersey)
Law 1948, as amended, orders as follows -
1. For
the First Schedule to the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey)
Order 1990, as amended, there shall be substituted the
Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
2. The
Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey)
Order 20013 shall be
revoked.
3. This
Order may be cited as the Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st
October 2002.
