Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Russia – Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2022

THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Article 3 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 –

1        Schedule 1 (UK sanctions instruments implemented) amended

In the table in Schedule 1 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021, in column 5 of the row labelled “Russia” –

(a)     after “42(1),” there is inserted “42(1A),”;

(b)     after “46X(1),” there is inserted “46Y(2), 46Z(1), 46Z1(1), 46Z1(2), 46Z1(3), 46Z2(1), 46Z5(1), 46Z6(1), 46Z7(1), 46Z8(1), 46Z9(1), 46Z12(1), 46Z13(1), 46Z14(1), 46Z15(1), 46Z16(1), 46Z19(1), 46Z20(1), 46Z21(1), 46Z22(1), 46Z23(1),”;

(c)     after “54A(3),” there is inserted “54C(1),”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Russia – Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on 21st July 2022.
