Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2022

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY makes this Order under Articles 16(3) and 104 of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003 –

1        Article 2 (the minimum wage) of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 amended

In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 –

(a)     in paragraph (1) for “£9.22” there is substituted “£10”;

(b)     in paragraph (2) for “£6.91” there is substituted “£7.49”;

(c)     in paragraph (2A) for “£8.07” there is substituted “£8.73”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on 1st October 2022.
