(Approval) (Jersey) Order 2017

THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 2 of the
Animals (Trapping) (Jersey) Law 1961[1], orders as follows –
1 Specification
of approved traps
For the purposes of Article 2 of the Animals (Trapping) (Jersey)
Law 1961[2], traps of a type and make
specified in the Schedule to this Order are approved solely for the taking of
small mammals in connection with the conservation of wildlife in Jersey and
research into such conservation.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Humane Live Traps (Approval) (Jersey)
Order 2017 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it
is made.
