Provisions) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey)

THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Article 10 of the Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948,[1] orders as follows –
1 Substitution of First Schedule
For the First Schedule to the Tourism
(General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1990[2] there shall be substituted
the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
2 Revocations
The Tourism (General Provisions)
(Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2002[3] and the Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment
No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2003[4] shall be revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Tourism (General Provisions)
(Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st
October 2004.
