1        Increase in fee to accompany application

In Article 4(1) (fee) of the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1962, for “shall be £15.08 and shall apply” there is substituted “is £15.46 and applies”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Application Fee – Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force on 1st December 2023.
