1 Long-Term Care Services
(Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014 amended
In Article 2 (charges for long-term care services) of the Long-Term Care Services
(Health and Social Services Charges) (Jersey) Order 2014, for the table there is
substituted –

be left alone for periods of at least 3 hours a day.

2 Citation and
commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Long-Term Care Services (Health and Social Services Charges) (Amendment
No. 11) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force on 1st January 2024.
