Conservation of Wildlife (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 23(1) of the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000[1], orders as follows –

1        Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000 amended

In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000[2], after the entry relating to Dolphins there shall be inserted the following entry –

 

“Five Shilling Shell

Mactra glauca”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Conservation of Wildlife (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2015 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
