(Workplace – Eleventh Extension) (Jersey) Order 2020

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES makes this Order under Regulation 2
of the Covid-19 (Workplace Restrictions) (Jersey) Regulations 2020[1], after having complied with the consultation requirements set out in
that Regulation –
1 Extension of restriction period
In Article 1(b) of
the Covid-19 (Workplace Restrictions) (Jersey) Order 2020[2] for “Thursday 15th
October” there is substituted “Thursday 29th October”.
2 Citation and
commencement
This Order may be cited
as the Covid-19 (Workplace – Eleventh Extension) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes
into force on 16th October 2020.
