Provisions) (Amendment No. 15) (Jersey)
Order 2008

THE MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, in pursuance of Articles 9 and 32 of the
Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule
1 to the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1990 substituted
For Schedule 1 to the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order
1990[2] there shall be substituted
the following Schedule –
“SCHEDULE 1
(Article 21)

£5.65 multiplied by the number of persons who can be lodged
on the premises
|
4. Youth
Hostel Register
|
£3.40 multiplied by the number of persons who can be lodged
on the premises
|
5. Holiday
Camp Register
|
£4.35 multiplied by the number of persons who can be lodged
on the premises
|
6. Camp Site Register
|
£3.40 multiplied by the number of persons who can be lodged
on the premises.”.

2 Revocation
The Tourism (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey)
Order 2007[3] shall be revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Tourism (General Provisions)
(Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st
January 2009.
