Coming into force in
accordance with Article 4
THE MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, in pursuance of Articles 4 and 14 of
the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967[1], Articles 9 and 32 of the
Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948[2] and Articles 12 and 38 of
the Weights and Measures (Jersey) Law 1967[3], orders as follows –
1 Places of Refreshment (Registration) (Fees)
(Jersey) Order 2008 amended
In Article 1 of the Places of Refreshment
(Registration) (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2008[4], for the figure
“£84” there is substituted the figure “£86”.
2 Tourism
(General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1990 amended
For Schedule 1 to the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey)
Order 1990[5] there is substituted the
following Schedule –

4 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Economic Development (2014 Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013.
(2) Except
as provided in paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on the seventh
day after it is made.
(3) Articles 1
and 3 come into force on 1st January 2014.
