IMMIGRATION (DESIGNATED PORTS OF ENTRY AND EXIT) (JERSEY) ACT 2001

                THE STATES, in pursuance of section 33(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 as it is extended to the Island, with modifications, by the Immigration (Jersey) Order 1993,[1] have made the following Act -

 

                1.      The following places are designated as ports of entry and ports of exit for the purposes described in section 33(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 as it is extended to the Island, with modifications, by the Immigration (Jersey) Order 19931 -

 

                          St. Helier, harbours.

 

                          Gorey harbour.

 

                          Jersey Airport.

 

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Immigration (Designated Ports of Entry and Exit) (Jersey) Act 2001 and shall come into force on the first day of October 2001.
