                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 25 of the Public Finances (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1967, as amended, have declared that the Bill, with the exception of Part 1 thereof, to amend further the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961 regarding the assessment of the emoluments of an office or employment in the year in which they are received (which Bill was this day passed by the States as the Income Tax (Amendment No. 21) (Jersey) Law 2000) shall immediately have effect as if it were a Law sanctioned by Her Majesty in Council.
