THE CHIEF MINISTER makes this Order under Article 41
of the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014[1] –
1 Interpretation
This Order amends the
Regulation of Care (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2018[2] and a reference to an Article by number without more is to the
Article of the same number in that Order.
2 Article 1 (fees for application for registration as provider
or manager) amended
For the Table in Article 1
there is substituted –

5 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited
as the Regulation of Care (Fees) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2019 and comes into
force on 1st January 2020.
