THE CHIEF MINISTER makes this Order under Articles 3(3), 26(3) and 44 of the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 –

1        Control of Housing and Work (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013 amended

This Order amends the Control of Housing and Work (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013.

2        Article 2 (fee to accompany an application for a registration card) amended

In Article 2(2) for “£7,500” there is substituted “£8,250”.

3        Article 3 (fee to accompany an application for a business licence) amended

For the table in Article 3(1) there is substituted –

In Article 4(1) for “£1,000” there is substituted “£1,100”.

5        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Control of Housing and Work (Fees) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.
