THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 25 of the Public Finances (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1967,[1] have made the following Act –

IT IS DECLARED that the Bill entitled the Income Tax (Amendment No. 24) (Jersey) Law 200- (lodged au Greffe on 7th December 2004 by the Finance and Economics Committee (P.222/2004)) shall immediately have effect as if it were a Law sanctioned by Her Majesty in Council.
