MAIN ROADS (CLASSIFICATION) (No. 7) (JERSEY) ACT, 1962.

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 1 of the “Loi (1914) sur la Voirie”,1 as amended,2 have made the following Act :  -

1.             The following roads situate in the Canton de Bas de la Vingtaine de la Ville, in the Parish of Saint Helier, are hereby classified as main roads (“grandes routes”), namely –

(a)     the part of Le Geyt Street from its junction with Union Street to its junction with Dumaresq Street ;

(b)     Dumaresq Street throughout its length, that is to say, from its junction with Le Geyt Street to its junction with York Street and Charing Cross.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Main Roads (Classification) (No. 7) (Jersey) Act, 1962.
