THE STATES, subject to the sanction of His Most
Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law –
1 Register
of Names and Addresses (Jersey) Law 2012 amended
This Law amends the Register of Names and Addresses (Jersey) Law 2012.
2 Article 5A (Minister may supply
relevant information to credit reference agencies) amended
In Article 5A(2) –
(a) in the opening words, “to
enable” is deleted;
(b) at the beginning of
sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) there is inserted “to enable”;
(c) after sub-paragraph (c)
there is inserted –
3 Citation and commencement
This Law may be cited as
the Register of Names and Addresses (Jersey) Amendment Law 202- and comes into
force 7 days after it is registered.
