Pet Travel Scheme (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Regulation 7A of the Pet Travel Scheme (Jersey) Regulations 2011, orders as follows –

1        Interpretation

In this Order, reference to a regulation by number is to the regulation of that number in the Pet Travel Scheme (Jersey) Regulations 2011.

2        Fees prescribed[1]

In respect of the exercise of a function –

(a)     described by an item in column 1 of the table;

(b)     under a provision specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the table,

the fee prescribed is the amount stated in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the table.
