THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS, in pursuance of Article 181(h) of the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014, orders as follows –

1        Fees

The fees specified in column 4 of the Schedule shall be chargeable and payable in respect of an approval, certificate, licence, permission, validation, examination, test, inspection or investigation described in column 2 of the Schedule and provided for under the provision of the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014 specified in column 3 of the Schedule.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2015.
