THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS, in pursuance of Article 3(2)(c) and (6) of the United Nations Financial Sanctions (Jersey) Law 2017, orders as follows –

1 United Kingdom provisions specified
Sections 152 and 153 of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 of the United Kingdom, as amended from time to time, are specified for the purpose of Article 3(2)(c) of the United Nations Financial Sanctions (Jersey) Law 2017 as provisions conferring a power to make an enactment of the United Kingdom described in Article 3(2)(b) of that Law.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the UN Financial Sanctions (Specified UK Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2017.
